1 cup (100g) of frozen berries - I used strawberries and blueberries
1/2 cup (75g) of frozen pineapple - Trust me, this adds a great sweetness
150g plain high-protein yoghurt
1/2 serve of protein powder - I used NZ Protein Gourmet Vanilla flavoured whey
Handful of ice
Water
Toppings
30g granola - I used my homemade recipe
1 tsp (10g) peanut butter - I used
Method
Method
Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend until well combined.
Pour into a bowl - smoothie bowl duh.
Add toppings and enjoy!
