Ingredients
Base
1/3 cup Oats - blended into a flour consistency
1 tsp chia seeds - black or white
1 serving of Protein powder - I used NZ Protein's Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 cup plain high-protein yogurt - I used Dewinkle Natural Yoghurt
Water/milk - enough to mix into a thick-ish consistency
Toppings
4 med-sized frozen strawberries - roughly chopped
1 tsp nut/seed butter - I used Fix & Fog's Smooth PB
Method
Mix the base ingredients into a container or bowl.
Add the toppings.
Refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy for brekky the next day!
Hot tips!
Purchase a cheap bag of oats (Pam's - $2 for a 750g bag), pour it all into a blender, and blend into a flour consistency.
Use water to save on calories - it will still come out creamy!
Spray a bit of spray oil onto your measuring spoon to help the nut butter slide right out.
Adjust portions to align with your goals!
