How long until I receive my TGK Nutrition Plan?

There is a 5 business day turnaround for all initial plans e.g., if you sign up on a Wednesday, you will receive your plan the next Tuesday. However, if there is a time when I cannot fulfill this, I will be in touch in advance either personally or across selected social platforms.

What payment options do you have?

TGK Nutrition will temporarily only be accepting direct credit. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out via email.

When I purchase an initial plan, am I stuck in a 12 week payment contract?

No, TGK Nutrition has a unique take on nutrition plans. You have three options, which are all explained on the TGK Nutrition page.

Will you open up more than 50 spaces?

Absolutely! However, while TGK Nutrition is still in its' 'freshest days', I will be taking this journey steadily.

Do you do in-person consultations?

At this stage, TGK Nutrition will be completely online-based. However, in-person options are definitely in the works! There is an option for a virtual consultation - please check out the TGK Nutrition page for details.

Do you do macro tracking?

I can provide you with a calorie and protein target, but no, I do not service macro tracking.

Can you do International Nutrition Plans?

I am equipped to provide Nutrition Plans for NZ and AUS.Â
