1/3 cup Oats - blended into a flour consistency
1 tsp chia seeds - black or white
1 cup milk - I used whole milk

1 TBS stewed fruit
1/2 passionfruit

Mix the base ingredients into your fav bowl.
Add the milk, mix well.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir until well combined.
Top with fruit and enjoy!
