Pulled slow cooker BBQ chicken

Ingredients
1 kg of skinless chicken breast - whole.
1 x large onion - diced
1 x 375g jar of Barker’s Tomato BBQ Rib sauce
1 c water - this will help hold moisture while it cooks
Method
Save half the jar of BBQ sauce for after the chicken is cooked.
Add everything elese to a slow or pressure cooker.
Turn on high for 20mins.
Once cooked, pour into a separate bowl, shred the chicken.
Add the remaining half of the sauce.
Serve with a fresh slaw in mini tacos or in a wrap.
