Easy chicken curry

Ingredients
1 kg of skinless chicken breast - chopped.
1 x large onion - diced
1 x 400g tinned crushed tomatoes
Spices: 2 TBS curry powder, 1 tsp salt, and pepper, ½ tsp chili powder - optional.
Oil
Water - as needed.
Optional: coconut cream/milk
Method
In a large pot, add 1 tsp of oil and onions. Sauté onions for 1-2 mins.
Add chopped chicken and cook halfway through.
Add spices and stir for 1-2 mins.
Add tinned tomatoes, and mix well.
Turn the heat down, place the lid on, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with cooked rice or a carbohydrate source of choice.
