Easy make-it-your-own Fried Rice

Ingredients
Leftover cooked rice - I had about 5 cups
500g cooked prawns - I precooked these from raw
Any vegetables you have - I used the last bit of frozen mixed vege and red cabbage, use what you have
Chicken salt
Oil
Sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 TBS dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 TBS oyster sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 TBS chilli paste
1 TBS crushed garlic
1 TBS crushed ginger
Garnish
Spring onions
Toasted sesame seeds
Method
In a large wok (or pan) add oil and rice. Cook until rice is warm.
Then add your choice of vegetables, mix until veges have softened.
Once veges have softened add all the sauce ingredients and mix until well combined. Let cook for 5 mins.
Add cooked prawns and sprinkles of chicken salt (measure to taste). Cook for a further 5mins.
Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
